Due to the natural and preserved nature of our floral arrangements, variations in color, shape, and size are expected and celebrated. These are not considered defects.

All floral arrangement sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to help@nordblooms.com for review. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, graphics, text, logos, product designs, and brand names, is the intellectual property of Nordblooms, LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
