Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements at Nordblooms. Due to the delicate and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.
We offer a curated selection of colors and styles to help you find the perfect arrangement for your space.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every arrangement before shipping. In the rare event that your bouquet arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@nordblooms.com.
To process your claim, please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the damage
All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Upon review, we reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, partial refund, or store credit will be issued. Items not reported as damaged within the specified timeframe are not eligible for compensation.
Please note that minor variations in color, texture, and appearance are natural features of preserved flowers and are not considered defects.
