02 — The bespoke process

From first conversation to final placement.

Nordblooms works with individuals, interior designers, architects, and project managers. We coordinate the botanical layer around the architecture, furnishings, art, and finishes already in the space. A single Nordblooms team designs, builds, and installs, whether the work is made in our SoHo studio or directly on site, giving your project one point of contact from the first consultation through completion.

    Complimentary consultation

    We learn about the space, your style, and your budget, and share a starting range. By call, video, or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

  2. 02

    Site visit & proposal

    For Bespoke Environments, we visit the space and prepare a detailed proposal and quote. A $500 concept fee covers this step and is credited in full if you order within 60 days. Bespoke Florals go straight to a proposal, with no site visit or concept fee.

  3. 03

    Review & approval

    Review every element of your proposal and approve it. A 50% deposit secures your project.

  4. 04

    Fabrication & installation

    We build your pieces in our SoHo studio or on site, refine every detail before delivery, and install. The balance is due before delivery.

What is the minimum for a bespoke project?

Bespoke Florals begin at $1,500 and Bespoke Environments at $5,000. Commercial and business projects typically begin at $10,000.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. The first consultation is complimentary, by call, video, or WhatsApp. For Bespoke Environments, a $500 concept fee covers the site visit and detailed proposal, and it is credited in full if you order within 60 days.

Can you design around the art and décor already in my space?

Yes. Every piece is designed around your existing palette, art, furnishings, and finishes, so arrangements and installations feel made for the room.

What do you need to give me a starting range?

Tell us about the space, your style, your timeline, and your budget, and share plans, photographs, or inspiration if you have them. We will give you a starting range on your first consultation.

How long will the installation last, and what ongoing service is available?

Florals last one to three years, planters up to three years, trees up to five years, and green walls five to ten years, when kept indoors in climate-controlled conditions between 60°F and 80°F, away from direct sun, high humidity, and heat sources. Preserved botanicals need no routine care, and two optional plans keep an installation at its best. The Nordblooms Care Plan covers periodic dusting visits, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly, and repairs after accidental damage. The Nordblooms Renew Plan replaces each installation as it reaches the end of its lifespan, on a schedule you choose across a multi-year agreement, for example florals every year and planters every three years.
